We are Eugene-Springfield’s premier facility for Olympic Weightlifting & strength training.

This is a typical weekly schedule. Special Events and Holidays can alter this schedule.
Please see the gym announcement board for details about events.

Membership fees are on auto-pay until you cancel.
There is no refund once auto-charge has occurred. To cancel, simply message us before the auto charge.

Olympic Weightlifting Team (In House)

  • Includes 4 day/week programming, coaching, meet coaching
  • Requires at least 3 months of Olympic Weightlifting experience (or on-ramp)
  • Programming incorporates competition-based undulating periodization, conjugate strength training methodologies, and plyometrics for explosiveness.
  • Nutritional advice for competition/training available.

Olympic Weightlifting Team (Remote)

  • Includes 4 day/week programming, coaching, meet coaching
  • Requires at least 6 months of Olympic Weightlifting experience
  • Programming incorporates competition-based undulating periodization, conjugate strength training methodologies, and plyometrics for explosiveness.
  • Includes video review daily through CoachNow platform.
  • Includes weekly Zoom sessions (or Eastside visits), up to 5/month
  • Nutritional advice for competition/training available.

Olympic Weightlifting Onramping

  • Includes 6, 1-hour sessions, 1:1 with USAW Coaching staff
  • Remainder of the first month included upon completion

  • Individualized, up to 5 days/wk

Eastside Powerlifting Team (In House)

  • Includes 4 day/week programming, coaching, meet coaching (or on-ramp).
  • Programming is cyclical, conjugate in nature, incorporates a number of variations within the 3 classic lifts, as well as accommodating resistance (eg chains, bands), plyometrics, and more. 
  • Nutritional advice for competition/training is available.

Eastside Powerlifting Team (Remote)

  • Includes 4 day/week programming, coaching, meet coaching
  • Requires at least 3 months of Powerlifting experience
  • Programming is cyclical, conjugate in nature, incorporates a number of variations within the 3 classic lifts, as well as accommodating resistance (eg chains, bands), plyometrics, and more.
  • Nutritional advice for competition/training available.

Strength and Conditioning-Adult

  • Includes programming, coaching, and supervised workouts.
  • All levels are welcome.
  • Training sessions last 60-90 min, and include variations of basic strength lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press, standing press, rows, etc)
  • Optional strength-based circuit training to enhance cardiovascular fitness.
  • Plyometric training included.

4 Days/Week – $150/mo

3 Days/Week – $125/mo

2 Days/Week – $100/mo

Strength and Fitness-Youth

  • Includes programming, coaching, and supervised workouts.
  • All levels welcome, ages 8-17.
  • Training sessions last 60-90 min, and include variations of basic strength lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press, standing press, rows, etc)
  • Optional strength-based circuit training to enhance cardiovascular fitness.
  • Plyometric training included.

3 Days/Week – $125/mo

2 Days/Week – $100/mo
